Ms. Philippines Shamcey Supsup wins as the fourth most beautiful woman today September 12, 2011. She is crowned as 3rd runner up in the prestigious Miss Universe beauty pageant held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The title being won by Ms. Angola Leila Lopes.

A very versatile Philippine actress, she is now Mrs. Gabriel "Bong" Daza and a mother to two daughters Isabelle and Ava.
